I’ve always dreamed of working in an international field and communicating with customers and colleagues across the globe. It offers an invaluable opportunity to learn about different cultures and international business trends. I love building long-term partnerships and directly contributing to the company’s growth.
I joined Ruptela about two and a half years ago. While my experience in telematics was a plus, what truly convinced me was the interview process. I felt that our values and attitudes aligned, which has led to a very valuable experience here. It’s all about quality, and that’s what I found at Ruptela.
I started out working with European customers but quickly adapted to new challenges. I became responsible for managing sales for our Ruptela branches, and later, for VIP clients in Europe and the Morocco region in Africa. My time here has provided me with the most diverse and valuable experience of my career.
I start my day with a glass of water and a short body stretch. I don’t need coffee to feel productive, but I love the smell of it, so I enjoy having a cup after lunch. My top tips for staying productive are simple: get good sleep, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and set challenging professional and personal goals.
I’m constantly growing both personally and professionally at Ruptela because of the opportunities to work in diverse global fields and with an inspiring team. The biggest motivation, however, is achieving win-win situations with customers. Seeing their satisfaction after we’ve helped their business grow is what makes it all worthwhile.
The most challenging part of my job is handling unexpected changes or situations that are out of my control. In those moments, you just have to adapt and rely on mutual collaboration and understanding. The most cheering moments are when we overachieve our goals and see our customers, managers, and colleagues happy.
After work, I regularly go to the gym. You can always find a pair of ice skates and rollerblades in the trunk of my car – ice skating in the winter, and rollerblading in the warmer months. I also love to travel and explore new places and nature.
I love driving, and people call me „fast and furious.” I especially enjoy driving in new places, particularly on winding mountain roads. Last summer, I did Alpine driving on the Furka Pass in the Swiss Alps, which was featured in the James Bond movie Goldfinger – it was an unforgettable experience! This summer, I drove through the Transylvanian Alps on the Transfagarasan Road in Romania.
I haven’t seen the whole world yet, so it’s difficult to pick a single favorite place. Every country has its own unique beauty. However, I have a special love for the Alps because of the amazing natural views and incredible energy.
For anyone considering a career in the telematics industry, I would definitely suggest giving it a try. This is a constantly growing and dynamic field, with lots of opportunities for professional growth and valuable knowledge about innovative technologies. On top of that, working in telematics helps increase road safety and contributes to a more sustainable world, so you get to add direct value.
